Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training

Mental Health First Aid is a skills-based training course that teaches participants to identify, understand and respond to mental health and substance use challenges.

Just as CPR helps you assist an individual having a heart attack, Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches you how to assist and support others who may be experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge. This training can intervene and assist in reducing further crisis or trauma.

If you’re interested in a group or individual MHFA training for youth or adult please contact Stephanie.
